My first kermés was a success! I absolutely loved how my setup turned out, and the pink theme definitely caught everyone’s eye. My favorite part was seeing the kids color the pages I made and proudly showing them to me 🥹 It was also an amazing networking opportunity—and I even won a coffee gift card! 🤝🏽

Filing a claim when there isn’t substantial storm damage can be problematic for several reasons:

1. Potential for Denial: If the damage is minor or not storm-related, the insurance company may deny the claim. Multiple denied claims can raise red flags with your insurer.
2. Claim History Impact: Insurance companies track your claim history, and filing claims for insignificant damage can make you appear to be a higher risk, which might affect your ability to get coverage or increase rates over time.
3. Deductible Costs: If the damage is below or just around your deductible amount, it may not be worth filing, as you would cover the repairs out of pocket without the benefit of a claim.

This is why it’s recommended to have a contractor inspect the damage first to see if it’s significant enough to justify a claim.

This morning was too funny! We finally came by to finish Barry’s mailbox, but it took all three of us and a full hour to figure out what we were doing wrong. 🤧🤣 What should’ve been a quick job turned into two hours of non-stop laughter and unforgettable moments. I really cherish days like this 🫶🏽

I first met Mrs. Constance back in August of 2021 when she trusted me to help her with her insurance claim. At the time, I was new to the process and barely knew what I was doing. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how much has changed in just three years—it feels like a different lifetime. My life, my skills, and even who I am as a person have all transformed. I believe it was God who brought us back into each other’s lives this year. Once again, I got to help her with a new roof, but this time with more knowledge, upgrading her to a Class 3 shingle. I hope it holds up, and we won’t have to replace it again, but I know we’ll keep in touch. Her faith in God is so strong, and she was thrilled to hear that I, too, surrendered my life to Him this year. Every conversation we’ve had since reconnecting feels like God speaking through her, especially when her words align so perfectly with what I’m going through. She’s been such a blessing these past months, always sharing wisdom when I need it most.
