I first met Mrs. Constance back in August of 2021 when she trusted me to help her with her insurance claim. At the time, I was new to the process and barely knew what I was doing. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how much has changed in just three years—it feels like a different lifetime. My life, my skills, and even who I am as a person have all transformed. I believe it was God who brought us back into each other’s lives this year. Once again, I got to help her with a new roof, but this time with more knowledge, upgrading her to a Class 3 shingle. I hope it holds up, and we won’t have to replace it again, but I know we’ll keep in touch. Her faith in God is so strong, and she was thrilled to hear that I, too, surrendered my life to Him this year. Every conversation we’ve had since reconnecting feels like God speaking through her, especially when her words align so perfectly with what I’m going through. She’s been such a blessing these past months, always sharing wisdom when I need it most.

Educating my homeowners about their roofs is a top priority for me. Even something as simple as explaining what a ridge cap is and discussing high profile vs. low profile options can make a big difference. Jeff, confessed that now when he goes on walks in his neighborhood, he can't help but point out to his wife the type of ridge caps their neighbors have. Knowledge is power, and it brings me so much joy to see my homeowners gain the confidence to identify new things and share that knowledge with others!

Working on Dan's claim has been one of my most rewarding accomplishments. Despite facing a cosmetic exclusion, I knew I had to fight for him because of the severe damage from the Celina storm, which hit his fence and other property hard. For the first time, I was able to overcome that exclusion using the right knowledge and language, executing it perfectly. I'm still so proud of myself for that win. It boosted my confidence in knowing what's right, and I will always go the extra mile to fight for my homeowners in any way I can!
